Jacksons Food Stores, Inc. headquartered in Meridian, Idaho, was founded in 1975 as a single service gas station. Jacksons has grown to be a nationally recognized chain of over 230+ Chevron, Shell, and Texaco branded convenience stores in 6 western U.S. states. They also own and operate Jackson Energy and Capitol Distributing.
