Dan Munford, CEO of Insight Research & Global Convenience, is a recognized authority on convenience and mobility retail markets worldwide and has over 20 years of research and consulting experience to draw upon. Dan and Insight Research has been quoted in The Economist, in online and print articles, predicting the future of roadside retail. His leadership and passion for seeking out change and innovation in the industry has been the driving force behind the high profile global competition series, which includes the ‘Best Foodvenience Store’, ‘Best EV Hub’, and, launched in 2026, the ‘Smartest Store in the World’. The goal of these initiatives is simple: to advance industry learning by sharing and celebrating success and innovation.

Chrissy Blasinsky has been with NACS for over 21 years. She joined NACS as the manager of communications and as managing editor of NACS Magazine. She transitioned to the strategic communications team and works with a diverse team on social media and content strategy for NACS communications platforms. Chrissy also manages the NACS Ideas 2 Go video series that debuts each year at the NACS Show, and serves as a subject matter liaison on industry topics related to foodservice, inside merchandise and food safety.

Harry Milloff is the CEO of The Moseley Group, a leading F&B consultancy, globally renowned for over 36 years. TMG offers strategic menu, operational, and design optimizations to more than 300 of the world’s largest food and beverage companies, as well as regional brands poised for growth. Harry specializes in value creation, scalability, restaurant and convenience design, kitchen operations, menu optimization, and the financial metrics necessary to sustain and grow profits. He is a trusted advisor to top industry leaders and a featured speaker at prestigious events such as Global Restaurant Leadership (Dubai/Singapore), Restaurant Leadership (USA), Convenience Majlis (Saudi Arabia), YPO Hospitality Events (USA). Harry holds an MBA from Johnson & Wales University.

Joe Heather has built his career from the ground up, starting in field sales with Mondelez, where he learned the fundamentals of retail through merchandising, customer relationships and regional development. That early experience shaped an approach centred on understanding the detail and how businesses grow at store level. Over more than 11 years at Just Eat Takeaway.com, he held increasingly senior roles across commercial, pricing, strategy, product and technology, helping shape the company’s UK growth while leading initiatives including market strategy and the Just Eat POS business. Today, as Regional General Manager for Northern Europe at Deliverect, he leads teams across multiple markets for a global technology company, bringing together experience across retail, hospitality, technology and operations.

Christian Warning, Managing Director of The Retail Marketeers a German based consulting firm focused on retail convenience in its many forms. Christian is the NACS Relationship Partner for German speaking markets (D-A-CH) and the proud host of the annual NACS Convenience Leaders Exchange in Hamburg where this year’s ‘Best Foodveneince Store in the World’ will be announced.

Giselle Valdevez is the co-founder and executive director of Valsa, an independent retail consulting firm focused on strategic management, best practices and training development in the Convenience Retailing and Fuels markets. Giselle is NACS Relationship Partner in Brazil, and Advisor to the NACS LATAM committee.

Janet Sithole is a seasoned executive leader with extensive experience across convenience retail, operations, and business development in Africa. Her strategic focus sits at the intersection of capital deployment, retail ecosystem design, and market expansion across emerging economies, and she has led growth and transformation initiatives spanning 23 African markets, including new territory entry and integration, operating model redesign, and high-value partnership development. She specialises in converting traditional fuel networks into integrated retail micro-ecosystems, building strategic alliances with supermarket franchises, QSR brands, and financial institutions to unlock diversified non-fuel revenue streams and sustainable EBITDA growth.

Jen Dodd is the CEO of Main Squeeze Juice Co., a 25-location, superfood-centric restaurant brand built to Make Healthy Easier® through nutritionist-designed menus of raw cold-pressed juices, handcrafted smoothies, organic açaí bowls, cleanses, and shots. A branding and franchise executive with more than 30 years across QSR, fast-casual, polished casual, and non-traditional foodservice, she has led businesses in 13 countries and three continents, specialising in brand redefinition, aggressive expansion, and turnarounds that deliver profitable growth and shareholder value. She previously directed the brand redesign of The Melting Pot, delivering an evolved restaurant concept, reimagined locations, and an award-winning food and beverage menu; led US franchise development and non-traditional growth for Tim Hortons, including the launch of its US CPG business and a partnership with the IFA’s Veterans Franchise Initiative; and expanded one of Dunkin’ Brands’ largest markets, adding franchise locations, onboarding area developers, and opening the highest number of three-brand combo sites in the US during her tenure. Across a multi-brand QSR franchise group, a global casual-dining chain, an international education franchise, and a 1,500-unit franchise-licensed business, she has built talent-rich, servant leadership cultures that empower teams to reach their potential while delivering exceptional results.

Joseph Chiovera oversees Innovation and Culinary at Premium Brands Holdings, bringing close to four decades of foodservice experience spanning contract catering, convenience retail, manufacturing, and consultancy. He moved to the parent company in 2020, having served as President of Buddy’s Kitchen, the innovation and design business he joined in 2016 and which Premium Brands acquired the following year. Joe entered the convenience store industry in 1996 as Concept Development Manager for Sheetz, following eight years in multiple roles with Marriott Management Services (now Sodexo). He went on to hold foodservice, marketing, and operations roles with ExxonMobil On The Run from 2000 to 2008, before becoming Senior Director of Fresh Foods at 7-Eleven, where he led innovation and development, commissary and bakery procurement, and quality assurance across North America. In 2011 he joined Alimentation Couche-Tard as Vice President of Food Service for Circle K Stores North America. In 2013 he founded XS Foodservice & Marketing, a Dallas and Minneapolis-based firm offering retailers holistic, retail-based solutions and giving manufacturers practical insight into retail challenges. Joe has also advised the executive and foodservice team at Spinx Convenience Stores in Greenville, South Carolina, since 2014, and holds a B.S. in Food Service Management and an A.S. in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.

Matt Harrison is the Operations Director at Asda Express, a commercially focused strategic leader and corporate entrepreneur with extensive experience across grocery retail, private equity, and start-ups. He previously served as Channels Director for M&S Food, a role on the Food Leadership Team with P&L responsibility for over £2bn in sales and leadership of around 100 colleagues, spanning the £1.2bn convenience channel of 500 stores, the Ocado online joint venture, and the wholesale partnership with Target in the US. His earlier career includes senior business development and partnership leadership at Asda, board-level roles at musicMagpie and Biotiful Dairy, and founding OTE Sports Nutrition, a multi-award-winning brand he took from initial idea to successful exit within five years. Matt also advises Fit Foods/DMC Foods as Strategic Advisor and Non-Executive Director, helping the business scale in Ireland and internationally.

Santiago Ferreccio is the Head of Networking Planning at YPF, Argentina’s largest energy company and the country’s biggest oil producer, whose commercial network spans 1,670 service stations and 900 Full-branded convenience stores delivering more than one million consumer contacts daily. Santiago brings over 30 years of experience in convenience retailing, sales, marketing, and operations across Argentina’s leading oil companies. He specializes in commercial management, operations, and new business development, with a particular focus on building and leading diverse teams centred on customer satisfaction. Santiago served as an International Jury Member for NACS from 2013 to 2018 and has been a member of its International Board of Directors since 2019.

Tamara Gathright is a Principal and Strategic Advisor working across convenience retail, fuel, foodservice, and mobility, with a focus on how innovation actually performs in real-world environments. She advises operators, technology providers, and executive teams on strategic growth and emerging solutions, bridging strategy, operations, and technology with an emphasis on practical adoption over theoretical possibility. Tammy also serves as Director of Ally Supporter Relations at Vision Group Network, fostering collaboration between senior industry leaders and ecosystem partners. Previously Director of Education for the Florida Petroleum Marketers Association, she is also a founding partner of Azland Risk Management. With a foundation in petroleum systems, environmental compliance, and retail operations, Tammy brings a ground-up understanding of how convenience businesses function – helping organizations adopt smart solutions, drive measurable impact, and strengthen competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving global retail ecosystem.

Theo Foukkare, is the CEO of the Australian Association of Convenience Stores (AACS), bringing extensive leadership experience and strategic vision to the dynamic convenience retail industry. Passionate about driving growth, innovation, and sustainability within the channel, Theo is a trusted voice for retailers, suppliers, government stakeholders & the media.
